Our company culture begins with a fun and safe atmosphere. We recognize birthdays, service anniversaries, safety milestones, and throw a party for all employees and guests where we honor retirees and those with significant service anniversaries. Masterson has a great safety training program that includes Masterson University where we shut down operations to train, retrain, and collaborate. We are always striving for new and better ways to stay safe and maintain our high quality standards with the most efficient processes.
We encourage employees and provide opportunities for our Masterson Family of almost 200 employees to get involved. Our wellness committee, community volunteer events, sponsorships, and other activities offer a variety of ways to show the community and each other what it means to be a member of this great company. We are proud to be part of Milwaukee and the West Milwaukee neighborhood. Our company has been in Milwaukee since our origins in 1848, and at our current location since the 1920’s. We are deeply embedded into the area, and giving back to our communities is an essential part of who we are. Masterson staff donates their time and talent to many local charities. We also join together for fitness events that benefit local community programs and our own wellness. While we participate in numerous community building activities these organizations and events have been at our forefront the last several years.
